Long awaited, but finally my book can be ordered.
Do you sometimes feel like you are not enough or do not do enough? Do you have an idea that you always are lagging behind? Do you consider yourself a perfectionist? There is a good chance that you come from a dysfunctional family. But if so, how do you deal with that? How can you ensure that the burden you carry with you is no longer a burden? In my book I tell you everything about what it is like to grow up in a dysfunctional family and how you can deal with that. So that you too can live a life as it was meant to be.
> Did you lose a parent as a child?
> Did your parents divorce when you were a child?
> Were either or both of them drug abusers or alcoholics?
> Then you were growing up in a dysfunctional family.
No upbringing is perfect. But what is a dysfunctional family?
Growing up in a dysfunctional family can mean many things. In most cases, the home is unstable and full of conflict. Dysfunctional families create environments that are generally perceived as chaotic and unsafe, as one parent often behaves in unpredictable and inappropriate ways. Children growing up in dysfunctional families have no control over their toxic home environment.
A child who grew up in a dysfunctional family has a hard time forming healthy boundaries, having healthy self-esteem, and building respectful and loving relationships.
In my book you can read about dealing with and healing from a dysfunctional family.
